We can't be held responsible for spelling mistakes made by the customer when providing embroidery details, any spelling mistakes on my part will be rectified at no extra cost. As our keepsakes are handmade sometimes slight imperfections can appear, this is because the clothing has become weak over time due to wearing, washing and then crafting into a new product – however, we do aim to avoid this. To ensure your keepsake remains in a similar condition to how it arrived, please ensure that it is placed out of reach from little hands and treated as a delicate keepsake.
