All items must be paid for at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to provide a suitable amount of clothing in order to create your keepsake. Suitable clothing is clothing which is deemed to be in a suitable condition for stitching together. If clothing arrives and it is not in a suitable condition we reserve the right to refuse to use them, in these circumstances we will contact you and give you the opportunity to send in further items however you will have to pay for the additional postage. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the amount of clothing to send. There may be occasions where some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologies if erroneous information is reflected in product description or price. We try to ensure all pricing on the website is accurate but occasionally an error may occur and goods maybe incorrectly priced. If we discover that a pricing error has been made we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask if you wish to continue the order at the correct price. We reserve the right to amend any errors or update product information at any time without prior notice. Your right to cancel- when ordering via the website you have a statutory right to cancel your order for a full refund under the Customer Protection Regulations 2000, however, this does not apply when ordering a product that is personalised and custom made. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. The sizing of our keepsakes are approximate as they can vary slightly depending on fabrics used. We can't be held responsible for spelling mistakes made by the customer when providing embroidery details, any spelling mistakes on my part will be rectified at no extra cost. As our keepsakes are handmade sometimes slight imperfections can appear, this is because the clothing has become weak over time due to wearing, washing and then crafting into a new product – however, we do aim to avoid this. To ensure your keepsake remains in a similar condition to how it arrived, please ensure that it is placed out of reach from little hands and treated as a delicate keepsake. Handling the bear may cause it to become mishapen over time or the limbs on the bears to become looser. Please remember that the keepsakes are created using pre-loved clothing so are extremely delicate. Sew loved will not be held responsible for any changes which occur due to handling or due to the keepsake ageing.
